History

Pajaro Valley Golf Club's name may indicate an inland oasis, but golfers who discover (or rediscover) this Monterey County course can easily smell the ocean that crashes barely to the west of them, midway between Monterey and Santa Cruz. The natural bird and animal habitat of Elkhorn Slough also plays prominently on this rolling course, which includes an abundance of cypress and pine trees.
